Le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, dans le cadre du Paquet Energie\nPropre adopt\u00e9 en 2019, exige des GRT d\u2019\u00eatre en mesure de monitorer la capacit\u00e9\ndu r\u00e9seau devant \u00eatre mis \u00e0 disposition des \u00e9changes transfrontaliers en\nintroduisant une cible ambitieuse de 70%. Selon la recommandation de l\u2019ACER\n(Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators), ce monitoring s\u2019effectue,\nsur chaque pas de temps, \u00e0 la maille des \u00e9l\u00e9ments critiques de r\u00e9seaux qui sont\nfournis aux diff\u00e9rents calculs de capacit\u00e9 pour les \u00e9changes aux fronti\u00e8res au\nsein de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne.

Dans ce cadre, RTE et la CRE souhaitent mettre \u00e0 disposition de tous, les donn\u00e9es de monitoring qui sont produites sur le sujet au niveau fran\u00e7ais.

SWE, CWE et NIB sont les 3 r\u00e9gions de calcul de capacit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019Union\nEurop\u00e9enne, auquel RTE participe (SWE pour la fronti\u00e8re avec l\u2019Espagne\u00a0;\nNIB pour Fronti\u00e8re avec l\u2019Italie\u00a0; CWE pour les fronti\u00e8res avec Allemagne\net Belgique).\u00a0Depuis le 9 juin 2022 CORE a remplac\u00e9 la r\u00e9gion CWE. On gardera donc le terme CWE pour les donn\u00e9es du 1er janvier 2022 au 8 juin 2022.

In the\nframe of this regulation, TSOs have to be able to monitor this network\ncapacity. According to ACER (Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators)\nrecommendation, this monitoring takes place, on each Timestamp, on the critical\nnetwork element provided by TSOs to the capacity calculation project at\nEuropean Union level.
